Entropay does not let me top up
 

Hello guys,

I created entropay account on other name and used my debit card with my name to top it up. But entropay did not let me do it and wrote that they are revieving my acc. It worked the first time with another acc, but this time something went wrong.

If something catches their eye (usually stealth accounts), they may decide to put it in to review, if their not happy with the review, they can close this account down.

But is it ok to put one name and top up with another?

Fobaz you create your Entropay in your real genuine name and details, you create the virtual cards that you will add to your eBay/PayPal account in whatever name you decide to use, but you MUST use your real name to create the original Entropay account. The fact you did not do that is now coming back to bite you.

The beauty of entropay is you do not need to name the virtual cards. Nimbers only work for addition to pay pal.

True, Greenie of course, numbers are a great solution to keeping real I'd out of the frame for PayPal.

Do not quite follow.

Are you trying to use a debit/credit card in another name to add funds to the,ain entropay account?

This can trigger a review by entropay.


Please confirm if this is what you meant.

I think I got the entropay thing wrong..
I need multiple entropay cards but as far as i understand I need to create a new account for every card. So I used not a real name , but used a real debit card with my name to top up.

That's it you use your genuine bank debit card to create the Entropay account in your real name and details. Then you create virtual cards while you are on the Entropay site, these are extra cards that you can create with any details on them that you can remember/ keep a log of somewhere so that you always know which virtual card has which name or numbers on it and which eBay/PayPal account the cards belong to.

Thought that was what was happening....

You make an account with your real ID and fund that with a debit/credit card.


Then you use part of those funds to create your virtual cards.

Usally an easy process.

Just say to entropay you misunderstood about making "extra cards". They should be OK.

Never create more than 6 virtual cards. 10 is the absolute maximum. But try to avoid doing that.

maybe you would have used same password as previous account or email id matches partially with the previous account email id or the debit card holder name thats why they are reviewing your account

Few banks are not supported here in india . since you are from UK llyods and barclays should work fine . not sure which bank you are using to top up and See if the card is asking to send a verification code

simple way is :Create Entropay account with you original details and documents,and if review came and your details are original then its no problem they are very cooperative , in case if you need additional account you can request them for it , they will give you special permission and you can create Euro,GBP,USD 3 different account with you same details and you can top up all these 3 account with your one debit/credit/bank account , i am using 2 entropay accounts with my own original details with no problem from 2 years

Password hasn't been an issue to spark a review in general.
