Vcc help needed
 

Hi there
What's the best vcc to use and do I need to use my own name and details? If so does that mean it will flag up on paypal when I try to register the card
I am in the UK.

If you decide to use entropay, just make sure you sign up with legitimate details. Paypal nor ebay would be able to see the details you give to entropay, so it wont compromise your stealth process.

Entropay works for the UK.

You make the entropay with your real ID using your real debit or credit card to fund the main account.

Then you use funds from that to create the virtual card for paypal.

All you need to do is use the numbers of that card. No fussing about with address or name.

Entropay will automatch to whatever adddress is used

Country: Netherlands

Zip code: 42431

PayPal account address:

Address: 1144 Harper Street
City: Madisonville
State: KY
Zip code: 42431
Country: US

They will be only checking the numbers in the billing address?
Card is issued not in the US.

What card is it you are trying to use? What currency is the card and what platform are you trying to use it on?

Depends totally on what AVS checks the card will need to pass in that case

Ask the card issuer

Some are happy with a ZIP match, others will want a door number match as well

Seems like your making work for yourself using a US account when you are based in the UK though. You would need a US bank account to get the money out of PayPal (sending money from 1 PayPal to another is not going to work long term if that is the plan)

Very good chance it will pass the AVS test. But will most likely trigger something else off as the countries are completely different. A huge red flag when it comes down to fraud prevention.

Not having a US billing address can be prevent you from placing orders on US websites from outside America.
Online merchants ask for the billing address because it allows them to reduce fraud through a service provided by the card networks (Visa/MasterCard/American Express) called Address Verification Service (AVS).

AVS compares the numeric portion of the billing address that you provide to the merchant with the billing address on file with your card issuer. For example if your address is 123 Main Street, Somewhere, CA 94000 it would check the 123 in the address and 94000 zip code. AVS is used in addition to other fraud prevention techniques such as CVV2 values and authorization with the card issuer

I don't really understand that post... From what I can tell though

A - Well yes that would happen because the ZIP doesnt match. That has already been established

B - Did the ZIP match the correct City ect?

C - I have no idea what that means?

You really need to work on explaining the questiosn you are asking bit better

My comment was aimed at sellers attempting to add a foreign card in this manner to their paypal account. They face a lot more scrutiny. :spy:

He hijacked the thread. Hence all the confusion. His question didn't really follow in with the rest of the thread, so most of the solutions we offerred was under the assumption he would be using entropay.

Only to later discover, his not even going to be using it on a seller account.

Just an FYI - This item your purchasing is a dollar.

Do the same thing with a thousand dollars, it will most probably go into review, and when they see the inconsistencies within the geolocation, you might get yourself into a conundrum.

Over complicating things just makes something that is already pretty tricky even trickier and its really not needed.

What is the value of the item you are trying to buy again (I will try to ask again) why is it you want to use a US PayPal not a UK PayPal

Stop talking rubbish.

How many MORE times do we need to tell you this is not what entropay does.

As James' had to point out to counteract your bad stinking info again, entropay bypasses the system.

A user needs to add just numbers to a stealth paypal of an entropay virtual card to utilize the card.

If you are not proactively using something, then try to stop posting bad info repeatedly.

If you are just paying with PayPal then you don't need to add a US address to PayPal

You add the address to the checkout of the website that you are buying the item through.

You can add a US shipping address to UK paypals.

Why do you think you can not do this?
James' explains this in his post for you.

On my UK paypals, I have international shipping addresses for many different countries.

What exactly is it your trying to buy? Do they not sell the item your trying to buy in the UK? Why are you getting something delivered to the US when you live in the UK?

It all seems very weird to me

The seller only accts delivery to a US address.

If you do get it shipped to the USA how are you going to get it from the US to the UK?

Unfortunately some stores do not offer shipping for international customers.
I will be use forwarding service.

Stores will sometimes not send items that they know will be forwarded

Are you 100% sure the item you want cannot be purchased in the UK?
