How long does eBay take to refund your 1.00?

Got my own vcc, all different numbers. All charged 1.00, all of them say pending and the earliest say may 25th, more than a week ago, and it's still says pending. What's your longest?

Yeah that's normal. Shortest was 1 week and longest was 2 weeks in my experience. I'm sure it depends on the VCC as well.

From my experience they place a hold on that pending amount for 10 business days.
But it does differ from one provider to another.

i second what slokor says, typically a hold is put on the pending balance
