Something question globalcash repaid card
 

Here i raise the discussion of the particular pre-paid card which i found is the only card that accepts RMB(Chinese dollar) top up. Things like Entropay is under control of foreign currecy exchange which means guys like me in china are unable to top even with my Visa Credit Card.

Strangely is that i was able to pay my ebay seller fees with this card but when I try to buy something with it by using my stealth ebay buyer account, it poped out with this:
We can't process your payment. Please select a different payment method or check your payment details including your billing address.

How can you tell if a pre-paid bypass the AVS? Do we just simply try everything out of a pre-paid card and see if Ebay rejects?

My plan here is simple, i wanted to creat mutiple buyer accounts to help me do some drop shipping. Anyone can give me some advice or provide the exact service i need?
