Is there anyway to load Entropay without bank?

I made a entropay account and try to load with another debit card but not succeed and they restrict the card and now asking to load funds via bank transfer?
Is there any way or service available to load entropay?

Some debit cards or VCC do work to load EntroPay. Try others.

what are the name of these "some debit cards or VCC" ?
As per entropay support they say that load through bank account urggh that is time consuming and costly too.

Just make another stealth entropay account and find a card that works, trial and error
