DERP Newbie Question prepaid accounts

I'm trying to hopefully turn this into an opportunity for me. Here's what happened:

I joined two of those dumb survey mills to earn some spare money. I used an alias Facebook account. I guess I wasn't thinking.

A few days ago, I got a net spend prepaid and AccountNow card offer in the mail, in the name of my alias.

Are these useful in any way?

...Welcome to the forums - sometimes you have to test them out and report back with your findings. Prepaid card is likely just a set amount but AccountNow...that's reloadable right?
