Blockchain.info transfer issues this will fix it
 

I ues blockchain to do business all day and recently they started having huge delays in transactions. So i searched high and low under every rock and found this and it works perfect.

You simply put in the Blockchain fee a transaction is charging and it will give you the recommended fee. Since I started using it I have not had even a single problem with confirmations.

I am going to build my own on my server on my gift card site soon but too lazy to do it yet.
