Hey all, want to know if its possible to buy bitcoins using a verified paypal? any traders here or any traders website / service you can recommend would be really appreciated.

Is it easy? hell no.
Would YOU sell Bitcoin to someone asking to make payment with paypal? probably not and if you did youd be asking for plenty of verification before you agreed to do so.
Try localbitcoins.com - some sellers on there will accept paypal but again - expect to be asked for lots and lots of verification before you can get it done.

Here's why it's hard and it involves a lot of premium on top of the purchase:
0. VERIFICATION to infinity
1. Bitcoin is only 1 way, no charge-backs. Once you sent it, no refunds whatsoever.

You can regularly find sellers on LBC but be prepared for strict verification, and fees upwards of 20-30%

Xcoin.io wants a selfie with ID. How do you go about this using stealth paypal accounts? Can you still use it without verification for a certain limit?

Also the rate seems horrible at 29%. Any thoughts from anyone on this? I thought Virwox was bad at 25% but Virwox doesnt ask for ID or anything silly. Love to hear some ideas about this.

You can right on aspkin right now there's a seller for it. However don't be sure if his bitcoin is dirty or not. He doesn't want verification either so that is hella suspicious
