Cryptocurrency | Alt Coins | What's next?

Bitcoin became a $250bil currency/commodity from nothing because it serves (or is at least anticipated to serve) a purpose in the near future.

But there are many cryptos out there that have very interesting ideas. Since it's still early days for some, their still very cheap, so could have very good returns in the future.

So I'd like to start this thread asking for people to share some. Essentially what we're looking for is...

a - something not in the top 10 already
b - has potential to grow (x5, x10 etc.)
c - is trustworthy (not a scam ICO etc.)

Re: Cryptocurrency | Alt Coins | What's next?

I'll kick things off with one I came across...
SiaCoin (https://sia.tech/)
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/siacoin/

I think this has room for growth, but more importantly I think this could be the *future* of cloud storage. With so many *nude leaks*, *icloud hacks*, I think "decentralised storage" could be the answer.

What do you think? Share away!

The world of cryptocurrencies is becoming more and more crowded each day, and there are already 700+ cryptocurrencies in the market, lots have jumped on the crypto bandwagon, many will fail, only the ones which offer workable technology like Ethereum, BitCoin etc will succeed.

I’m only on Coinbase as it’s the easiest exchange to use, with the most users.

Siacoin can never reach $100 because it’s circulation is only 31 billion.

I see you've understood my advice on scarcity and value, but there's more to it.

Lets use Siacoin as an example. It's market cap (in other words value) is $2bil, roughly the same as Dropbox. So I do think it's currently overpriced for where its at. But it does have potential for growth given the rising consciousness we have over our data.

With over 700+ coins, if anyone finds anything with a good idea, feel free to share :)
