Lifting weekly card limit on Coinbase?

My weekly card limit on Coinbase is £750, I tried to lift it today because it said my limit was £609 and to lift it I had to spend $20 which equals around £15, so I bought £15 of BitCoin to see if my limit would lift buts it’s now showing weekly card limit £589?!?

Any explain what is going on and why is Coinbase wrongly displaying messages saying spend $20 as in my case to lift the limit when all it’s done is lower it?

I’m confused, need help
