Most of the wallet providers that issue cards also have the facility to add and withdraw balances to a bank account.
Alternatively as Aspkin said, exchanges (but that will cost you since you're going to have to buy a cryptocurrency, transfer it to another exchange, sell it, before you can then withdraw it).
Another alternative would be to use your balance to buy a crypto and sell it on localbitcoins (never sold on there, so can't comment on how easy it is for new sellers). |
