Can you really buy Bitcoin anonymously without using your real details at all so the buying or sending is totally anonymous, is it possible to buy without using your credit card or without ID?

Is it really anonymous to buy without giving away any of your own details or is the anonymous just a tag line?

Most major cities have Bitcoin ATMs as well - those are pretty effective for such transactions.

One is to use cash (you can find sellers in your area in localbitcoins.com)

An other way is to exchange your Paypal stealth money against bitcoin.

Depends on how much you want to buy. OTC is the best way to sat anonymous. However, the people I work with will only deal face to face and needs to be minimum 2 bitcoin

O.k will look into localbitcoins, do you need to take a usb or some device when you meet the seller for them to put the bitcoins onto to?

cash bank deposit defeats the anonymity aspect, it can always be traced back to you

Need to read more into the bitcoin purchase process - you don't really meet a seller live unless you make special arrangements.... kind of weird.

You putting cash into someone’s bank account is pretty anonymous. They don’t ask for ID. Really depends who your trying to be anonymous from...

Well yes that is exactly what a cash deposit is... You walk into a bank and deposit cash into someone elses account.

Although if you are in the UK and the bank account or person your meeting to give cash is in the US that maybe a bit harder.

It’s either Bitcoin, MoneyGramm or Skrill, just need a few $ sent anonymously.

It’s less than $300

Basically I’m paying for a service where the seller only accepts bitcoin or moneygramme or Skrill.

Seller said they don’t accept PP because of fraud and they want the payment sent anonymously so it’s difficult to trace where it came from or who sent it, hope this makes it more clear -:)
