Every 4 years this will happen after the halving, bear markets will get shorter. Anyone who hasnt figured this out yet to be fact I feel sorry for. ANYONE thinking Elon bought the top with $1.5 BILLION is crazy AF and deserves to have fun staying poor. Alt coins are where real money is made. Bitcoin is guaranteed to store your wealth on 4yr basis. Bitcoin pumps then trickles down into alts. Only look at altcoins vs. BTC charts. USD is ONLY a **** coin. Just my 2 sats...

I would always be buying BTC and Dollar Cost Average. Bitcoin is always cheap on a 4yr time frame. If you already have more than a half a BTC then I'd would wait and just buy dips because if that was the case you would already know what you are doing. If you dont already have one buy a Trezor Hardware Wallet.

The fiat system is imploding. More corporations are accumulating and will be announcing large purchases soon.

Tesla would not be allowed to risk share holder funds if this were not the case.

Bitcoin is not considered a currency,in accounting,it is considered as an intangible asset and company would need to report impairment when it loses its value (like unrealised losses) in its shareholder report /
also any liquid asset like cash or near cash held by the company on its balance sheet is considered working capital to be used in paying suppliers and workers, not for speculation or long term investment, besides suppliers prefer cash, likewise they have suppliers and workers to pay

Just incase someone is wondering how to invest in Bitcoin, Swan is a good place to use to DCA (dollar cost average), fees are low as well and you can send your BTC to your own wallet (Trezor or Ledger) so you hold your own private keys. If your Bitcoin is not held with your own keys it is not your Bitcoin. ie Robinhood, PayPal ect.

https://www.swanbitcoin.com/

Do yourself a favor and look at it as a 5-10 year investment. If you want to trade, make money fast, and probably get rekt your better off with Altcoins. But you would be cheating yourself to not own at least some Bitcoin first.

Let me put it like this. I bought 20k worth of computer hardware in mid 2017 and have been mining Ethereum. Basically DCAing. I paid for power out of pocket and have held everything i have mined. I have turned a unrealized 6 figure ROI. I sold 1/3rd of my GPU's last month for $350 each, 75% of the original MSRP I paid for them back in 2017 and reinvested it back into BTC. The other 2/3rds are netting $100 per day ATM. I mined ETH at an average price of $300 over the last 4 years. DCAing is more efficient than mining.

I read about BTC in 2012 in Wired but it took me 2 years to get access to a internet connection and I thought price was too high in FEB 2014 when I was finely able to check the price... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This is why now I say Bitcoin is always cheap. Even if you buy the top you'll be back in profit in 3 years as long as you dont have weak hands. Probably be the best money you ever spent because it would make you pay attention to the market through the cycle.

Pro Tip #1- Bottom of the last 2 cycles was when price touched the 200 week moving average on the Bitcoin/USD weekly chart. Might want to write mental note to self.

Pro Tip #2- In a bull market like this buy BTC anytime RSI dips below 30 on the Bitcoin/USD 4hr chart.

When are you guys going to pull out your money though ? say I had 35 grand to put in. And then it went up to 70 grand. What are the fees and is it even remotely possible to get 70 grand out quickly ? This is my gripe and concern. When I need the money can I get it out. No good looking at charts. I want access to that money when I need it fast.

Stil it's not late to jump in.

Of course not like the people who bought few years back but there are still opportunities with bitcoin.
Paypal, Tesla, big institutions buying crytpo etc.. .are affecting positively the growth of bitcoin despite the current global crisis.

Well I f*cked up ... never invested in crypto and bought 5 grands worth via coinbase at 41k and now it's going down lol.

Just going to wait and see what happens. I genuinely feel it's like gambling which Ive said many times before. All I can now think about is that money I put in crypto when I should be attending and focusing on my business.

I have only really lost that money if bitcoin never goes past the point I bought in at or magically is worth 0 right ? As I don't owe any one 5 grand, it's my money that I just put in coinbase rather than my bank.

I am hoping it jumps in price as soon as the Visa crypto debit cards are rolled out to everyone. That's when i'll sell up.

What about Ethereum and all of these other ALT coins ? Are they worth the punt.

My gut tells me Bitcoin and Ethereum will spike in price as soon as those Visa debit cards allowing you to spend your crypto are rolled out which is when I plan to sell and make a few quid.

If youre in it for the long game youll never lose. This is one casino in which the house ALWAYS loses if you think long term. And long term is not a few weeks.

All crypto influencers by low

Then they tell to others to buy and hold (because this is "future currency", digital "gold", bla bla bla) - this way price will be increased

Influencers will sell their coins at peak price - price will go down

And you will hold worthless coins :D
