The exchange I was referring to is a brick and mortar operation so you wont be able to it unless we live in the same area.
You should research to find out if there are such businesses in your are as well. You might be surprised at what you find.

Google 'electrum wallet'.
In the results youll find several youtube tutorials and reviews that will explain to you how to take full advantage of the features it offers (including how to get and use the seed for the wallet).
Then download and install it and try it out - no need to send any crypto to it to do that. Get the seed and install electrum on another PC (or user acct) and open a new wallet using the seed and youll see how that works.

I just go to google maps and zoom out and then type in 'Bitcoin Exchange'. Found several brick and mortar operations in my city that way.

Its a massive risk. 12 doge wallets in the space hold 95% of the supply, so any one of them can cash out, thus leading to a huge price drop.

Don't risk getting rekt.

DOGE right now is the equivalent of going to Vegas and betting on whether it will land on red or black (it can either double, or lose ALL value over night).

I would rather place my money into any top 10 cryptos right now (not doge of course lol)

That's just my thoughts anyway, good luck :)
