I think the next days and weeks will be the test to see if Crypto and more specifically BTC and ETH is a store of value or not. BTC brand is strong and they do have a 21,000,000 cap.

I will either be a buyer soon or I will never be a buyer. The test is here it seems.

Long term I think it will always go up.

It may well crash but thag is only in the short term.

Shall just hold mine for another 2/3 years and see what happens

I have a couple hundred grand that I will dump in or buy an apartment building with. The weeks ahead will determine.

They both have their upsides and downsides. Apartment has safe leverage, low/no tax flow, almost certain tax free equity in 10-15 years etc.... Cryto is easy to move. Easy to liquidate if needed, possibly has tax free equity that can be borrowed against. RE is low and slow. Cryto might be very fast
