I believe you are right. As Nate pointed out, it takes a massive amount of money for it to double or tripping, never mind quadruple.

In a world where the money is being pulled out, where would it come from?

It would have to be insane inflation over a long period of time or to be pulled out of other assets OR to have such stimulus that people have no idea what to do with their money so they buy whatever media suggest is popular(2020-2021)

I doubt btc will go down at this point, if history repeats itself we should be seeing the price largely increase in coming months.

Hard to say, the current 50% jump to 23k is just a bear rally.
It could still go down a few grand for the first half of this year.

I would expect it to have a lot of downs and up in the next 9 months. The stock market is going to get some hard hits and will bring down BTC in the process.

before the 2020 halving, we were around 5-6k USD and it reached at the top 69k making let's say a x10 form the halving moment.

Every halving the multipliers are lower, obviously. Maybe this time it will be something like x5 from the halving moment?

so if in march-april 2024 we will be around 20-30k it could reach, at the next bull cicle, a top of 100-150k in the first months of the 2025?

I think it will happen a similar scenario.

BTC... much harder to predict as people will cash out to buy things like gold which is a much safer bet.

The problem with BTC isnt BTC itself its all the trading companies if a few of them fail then it will plummet the price of BTC

Central Banks don't have any assets(western world anyways) They have debt and military.
