I personally have used Kraken and Coinbase Pro (back when it was called GDAX). They both work a treat. If you use limit orders with Coinbase, you can essentially buy crypto without a fee, which is a nice treat, potentially savings you a large chunk of money.

EXMO is good. have a look... There is one more new one. CoinBurp in UK.. very less fees.

I use Binance for all my trading. Never had an issue.

Binance is the best. But since your in the US your best bet is Coin Base Pro ATM. Binance stopped access to US residents. Their making a binance.us but it's only going to have about the same coins as CoinBase Pro.

Pretty much all other exchanges rob you with thier withdrawal fees when you go to move your coins off the exchange.

I like StormGain for its low fees. Perhaps I will highlight this.

Bitfinex and Coinbase pro for high caps. Binance small caps.

Margin go to Deribit or Bitmex... Watch your stops on bitmex

CFD trading
 

I find crypto trading being the most insecure assets available for trading. I know that a lot of people made money by trading them, but none of the greatest traders of all time made money with crypto. At least I didn't hear of any. I think this a modern pyramid that one day will collapse together with the ones that invested in them. Recently I switched to Investous CFDs Trading, where I make money from speculating where the price will go for different assets. Doing it is even easier than it sounds. I think that it is the next level after trading the the goods themselves. Have you tried it?
