Is it a wise investment to spend a couple of grand on these different bitcoin style currencies ? I've never bought any bitcoin other than a hundred quids worth on the revolut app.

^^It's a gamble like any other investment. I did alright a few weeks ago by dumping $2500 on Litecoin right as BTC started to pump. It went from ~$70 to ~$90 during the time it took my bank deposit to clear and was worth about $3100 by the time I sent it out of the exchange. A few days later the price started to fall from $90 and I was basically back where I started.. but now Litecoin is starting to do well again.

I've also lost money plenty of times when the BTC price tanks for no reason. Almost all altcoins seem to follow bitcoin in pricing. Precious metals are a wiser investment IMHO but you can make a lot of money speculating on crypto.

Think i'll stick to dumping my money in to more stock to shift then lol.

All these crypto's are a waste of money that's why I feel everyone is peddling "courses" on instagram and facebook.
