Update on my experience with @NasterXchangeOfficial
After months of trying to resolve this fairly, we agreed for the second time that I would send another $200 so he could provide a replacement account. He said this one would come from his trusted contact and be fully secured.
On 16 November, he sent me the new account. At first everything seemed fine — I logged in to the app and it worked. He confirmed he had changed all credentials and “secured it completely.”
However, the very next day, when I tried to access the web version, I got an “incorrect information” error. I checked the email and discovered it had been changed again.
Before this happened, I had already received the login for the app, but because I was traveling and had poor network, my cloud phone expired. Support told me the device couldn’t be restored. When I contacted him again to fix the problem, he said I needed to pay another $250 “for the guy” to set it up again.
I asked him for screenshots to confirm what was happening — he refused at first, and after insisting, he sent one irrelevant screenshot. All of those screenshots will be shared below for transparency.
At this point, it’s clear there is no real resolution in sight. When I asked for a refund, he said he doesn’t have money.
I’ve also traded PayPal balance with him before. While some trades completed, they often took 24–48 hours even though he advertised “instant” delivery — showing recurring delays and excuses.
The main issue here is simple:
If you operate a service, you should have full control and accountability.
Acting as a “middleman” without the ability to refund or secure accounts puts other people’s funds at risk.
I’m sharing this so others are aware and can protect themselves. Evidence (screenshots, chats, and transaction proofs) will be posted below.
