I think you will only find direct sellers who are willing to use PayPal, since it's really risky
So I recommend you use the market place, for verified sellers

Some regions don't have cryptocurrency. If you can not find it then maybe that is your region.

Easiest way is find trusted exchanger on forums, and get bitcoin with 10 to 12% fee only

Paxful is awesome. They only charge you 1% fee if you're selling crypto but if buying no fee. You have to find a good seller with a good rate. You could pay as low as 1% to buy bitcoin with your PayPal funds.

I was able to buy and sell bitcoin within 30 minutes while the traditional withdrawal method would have taken like 5 days.
