Investing in crypto trading any good?
 

Guys, I've seen many posts in crypto forums that people are making good sum by trading and exchanging crypto currency. Seeing their post I though to give that a try. I'm fairly new to crypto world and have almost zero knowledge in trading. Do you think any trading bot would help?

Many people online make it look like it is easy money and you can make a lot of money very quickly....(obviously to sell you their overpriced courses) but if you want to trade you may want to learn - and learn well - how to trade and then be prepared to control your emotions as cryptos are very volatile.. more than forex, as an example.

Alternatively you can put your trust on groups or companies out there where they trade in your behalf. However, there are no guarantees and you should research things very well before you invest any money. Personally I have lost in a few occasions so I am very careful where I put my money on.

Obviously - as they say - never invest any money you cannot afford to lose

Only invest what you can lose, dont trust anyone, always do your own research,be careful a lot of scams

Investing in crypto is risky, of course, all investing carries a degree of risk. If you have free capital you can easily try to invest in it with condition that you have some knowledges in domain of cryptocurrency, if you don't have available some free capital then you should always avoid unnecessary risks, especially when it comes to your hard-earned money. Don't play poker with your financial future.

FACT CHECK: Anyone who "invested" in Bitcoin and held through an entire 4yr cycle at minimum doubled their money if the bought at the very top of the previous cycle. Bitcoin is the most predictable market in existence.

"Trading" & "Investing" is apples to oranges.

I wouldn't say investing in crypto is risk especially since all the hedge funds are jumping in on it. If you plan to hold for the next 5 years or more you should be fine.

Trading on the other hand is far more risky and you're more likely to lose money

The best investment is in something you know and understand in my opinion.

Everyone is investing in forex / crypto mostly because their friend is doing it. I think that's a quick way to lose your capital.

Long term invesment in the BTC is the worst strategy. But this is the reason why BTC price goes up so far and short term investors (big companies usually) are happy about it.. :)

When long term holders will decide to sell it, price will go down low very fast

Either you track market, buy low, sel high.. or buy at any price, hold it and after few years you will realize that you just lost a lot of money.

BTC is just a bubble. If somebody makes profit out of it - that means on another end somebody lost that amount.

what he is trying to tell you is that private equity,hedgefund,and even businesses like TSLA and Microchip ,they bought millions and billions and all that buying push the bitcoins price higher and higher,and retail investors tend to buy at the peak,
some day when they liquidate (dont forget these are businesses which would need money to run a business),they would not be liquidating nickels and dimes,they would be selling millions .if there is no one of that size on the other end,the price of bitcoin will fall sharply.
a good example will be last week when DJ dropped over 600 points,as short sellers need to raise cash to cover GME.
you either have to have faith in long term prospect of crypto or be a nimble short term trader,you decide

For the Long Term Holders patients is the Key. It is possible to make money in crypto, just do your research. You can also check tradingview you can find a lot of information about all types of Trading. They have free option and subscriptions.

I would never put my money in crypto for the long term. I will keep my money on the stock market and let it ride for the long term. Stocks like Visa (v) and mastercard (MA) are some stocks I'm in for the long term.
Some years ago I did do ETH mining and built many mining machines for other people but I got out of crypto.

They are expensive because the prices on graphics cards have gone up by 50-100%.

They dont actaully suck up much bandwidth, the only thing you need is a reliable connection.

I thought mining runs up your electric bill,some miners even move to places where electricity is cheap ,some even burnt down their garage !

What if you dedicated a large sum of money to trade crypto i.e. 10 or even 20k in the short term ? wouldn't that be the best thing to do. As the profits you can make in the space of a month would be worth buying and selling as long as you keep your eye on the price daily ?

I would not be surprised if some cant even afford a phone,land or cell.
I can see once bitcoin becomes legal tender,restaurants ,stores all have to post sign that they accept Bitcoin,but bitcoin is so volatile,in a two party transaction,one of them could be the loser!!
Look at USA,someone paid for a slice of pizza with 2 bitcoins,some employer paid its worker with BTC and now want it back!

There are Aid schemes in El Salvador where different groups are shown how to acquire better skills.

One problem, and it is massive, is the efforts made by some citizens to get entry to the USA. They pay a smuggler’s fee of US$13000. Kindly (and sarcastically) this allows 3 attempts to cross the borders.
Exploitation is horrible. EG, travel distance from El Salvador to Texas is just about 1500 miles

There is a place for Bitcoins,but not as a currency.
When the father and son team who help C Ghosn escaped to Lebanon,and was mired in law suit,they asked him for help,and he sent some bitcoins to their secretive account.
If I embezzle money ,I would convert them into bitcoins and send to my family so they can pay bills and eat while I am in jail.
If there were bitcoins back in WWII,the Nazi who fled to Argentina would consider Bitcoin,so would African,Middle Eastern,Latin American dictators !
as long as there is enough people who believe in bitcoins and willing to trade with each other in bitcoins and able to use Botcoin direct or indirect to acquire goods and serviced needed

investing in cryptocurrency is one of the best ways to make big money in the 21st century. such investments are becoming more and more popular every day. I also want to start investing in cryptocurrency, but my savings are not enough for this. I wanted to take out a loan but I have a bad credit history. maybe it is worth taking no credit check loans? how do you think? do you have any experience in this area? or is it better not to risk it?

I wouldn't take loans to invest in crypto - no credit check loans would tend to have high interest charge as well...it's a lot of risk to handle if your savings are not enough
