Is etoro good to trade crypto and long term holds?

I brought a tonne of crypto a while ago and only realised i have to keep it on there as they dont have a wallet for this specific crypto.

I cant sell it as i would be losing out on a lot of profit.

But, is it okay to keep this crypto on etoro or is it unsafe? I plan to hold it for a very long time.

My other exchange is binance which i have had no issues with, so i just want anyone's experience of using etoro.
