Anyone have any thoughts on this recent Crypto dip? Is it the start of a bear market, or just our usual consolidation?

I see BTC is holding high above $45k which I feel it isn't going to drop below that ever again. So many banks and companies now getting into Crypto. Even gold is losing it's value.

Tesla just started accepting Bitcoin as payment method today.
Lets see what big companies follow in their footsteps. Only a matter of time.

IRS considers Bitcoin as an asset.
When you use Bitcoin to pay for a TSLA car,you are selling your bitcoin,so you will report any long or short term capital gain or losses.
Given the fact most buyers could have bought bitcoin at a lower price ,he will have a short or long term capital GAINS to report, making his TSLA purchase more costly than the ticket price.

We in Q1/Q2 and Biden just announced another 4T in infrastructure, hinting at another stimulus round in April.

Everyone expects the run to last until December based on previous bull run cycles, but this time having big players driving the rally, I wouldn't be surprised to see a 1-2 year bull run

As long as central banks keep printing money, you won't find a scarcer asset than BTC

Yet another push for the bull run coming from Paypal - they just announced that they are going to let US customers pay in Bitcoin at global merchants (until now you could only buy crypto using paypal - now youll be able to actually use it to make purchases as well).
That is BIG news.

Im wondering which big bank will be the first to integrate a Crypto wallet into their online banking offerings.
The first bank to do that will win a LOT of business.

I always say that coinbase is the paypal of crypto.
Now it seems that paypal is the paypal of crypto... this is getting confusing lol
