DHgate asking for credit card authorization number and picture of credit card
 

The thing is I used my own legitimate credit card's virtual number. Totally legit. They asked for the authorization number too, which I have to call. They asked me to give them that number, i sent them a screenshot of my virtual card number, which they implied that it was ok. They asked for screenshots of other stuff.

Has anyone else had this problem before? How long did it take? I'm hoping i can get it soon, I'm running out of inventory :-(

Never seen it, but it's totally understandable that they would request this sort of info given all the fraudulent CC purchases that happen there. My biggest issue has always been my financial institution declining the transaction. :/
