It's a hidden category from the general public (18+), but it is doable. Not too many eyes over there. Depending on what you are selling, you may not need to list them over there unless its really pornographic. Due to the low visibility it would probably not even be best to sell it, unless it really moves inventory.

I use to sell adult items on ebay as I owned an adult sex shop, sales were good but not as good as you think.

Views were always good but that didnt always equal sales, and I got traffic from it but again....sales weren’t worth the hassle IMO.

Rather invest the time into organic seo.
