U.S customs seized my package. What can I do?

I have order some goods in China. in December. I didn't receive it. I think it's lost. And today. I have received a seizure letter from the CBP about my seizure of goods. It says the forfeiture value MSRP is $2040.
They give me 5 option. 1 of them is, It also says I can sign the attached form so the merchandise will be forfeited immediately and I will not receive any further mail from them. If I sign it, does that mean I admit quilt?
Is there any more trouble?

Has anyone ever encountered such a case?

Ignore the letter and you'll never hear from them again (at least not about this shipment).

Ignore it completely and forget about your shipment. It's gone.

Your address is also black listed so any more shipments going to it will be seized

DO NOT respond to any US Customs or CBP notice you receive.

As others have said here, no matter what you do, the package is gone.

Ignore this letter and don't answer it right? Will no homeland security or FBI come find me? , (because I see some people say that)
I am really worried about it. I think I was in big trouble. I contacted a lawyer. They say I need to contact them so they can help me solve this problem, because this can be a big problem.

I bought some colors to use because it's cheap.
The shipping address is not my home address. It is another address where I work

No, they aren't going to come chasing you for something like that.

If it were a shipment of Fentanyl or synthetic cannabinoids they would come chasing you, but not for some colors/dyes or whatever.

CBP has a specific process they use on seized shipment. The standard notice usually gives you the following options:

1. Petition
2. Offer in Compromise
3. Abandon
4. Court Action
5. Release on Payment
6. Take No Action

If your items are foo-foos or otherwise prohibited, no matter what option you select, you are NEVER getting it back.
