how do you manage stock levels when dropshipping on ebay
 

as you know,dropshipping on ebay carries the risk of selling out of stock items if not managing stock levels properly. i know it because i once almost got banned for life in the past but i could solve in time. Now i hv 2 shops one dropshipping from china and one dropshipping from a private supplier that offers a stock synchronisation tool that updates the stock on my ebay shop once every 24 hours for a decent monthly fee, and haven't been let down.

For china i dont need a stock synchronisation bc the products i sell are always available in aliexpress and if one supplier doesn't have it i will order from another.

My question now is i wanna open a couple more stores from private suppliers here on ebay UK and Spain but they don't offer a stock synchronisation tool, and i dont' wanna hv the hassle to manually update stock daily so how do you guys do it? do you go on fiverrr/upwork and find someone to build that tool? how much should i pay for it? do you know of any specialised company that builds this kind of tools? so far i once was about to hire a pakistani guy on fiverr but he had no clue on what to do hence i had to cancel the order. please help.

did you check to see if your suppliers are already there?

Does a service like AutoDS or skugrid check for availability and update your listing if what is available falls below a certain number?
