But if you are listing everything,anything they have on their site/catalogue and they are common low price items,they have better things to do in life than to brief you !
You can bookmark the items you are selling on their site and make a habit of checking stock level each morning or any time ?

May be they have same with other sites eg Alibaba.
Else if you have no programming skill,then either do it manually or hire someone to do so
