Ebay drop shipping policy

Hi everyone! I need your help!
I started to do dropshipping one month ago on eBay. I listed several items from Aliexpress and some of those things got sold.
Unfortunately, I receive a message from eBay that i am violating drop shipping policy and they have some evidence that I am buying from other platforms after I had sold listed items on eBay.
What I should do to not violate this policy. How are all of you dealing with this?
I will be really grateful if someone can help me solve this.

Hi, this depends on the way you listed your items.
Are you using stock photos? are you just copying the exact same product descriptions from Aliexpress?

What shipping method did you use? Something free like Cainiao Economy Global?

if he has uploaded tracking,tracking tells it is from an Ali seller and was created after Ebay order

Most probably it was the tracking he used. Maybe he's doing Aliexpress shipping directly to the buyers

I am using dms tool for importing products from Aliexpress and I am using the same photos but changing title and description that it would not be the same.
After I use Aliexpres platform to pay for an item.
For shipping, I am using packet service.

Use a middleman service for shipping. This may cost you a little more but you'll get better on ebay part. It will work as your own warehouse for ebay.

Can you give me some examples of a middleman service? Because I have no idea who is offering such things.
