Why do you need to delete Customers phone number when Drop-shipping from Amazon?

Hello guys :)

So, I heard somewhere that when you Drop-Ship from Amazon to eBay, you need to delete customers phone number so that courier doesn't call them ad don't tell them it's a delivery from Amazon, and I wouldn't have any complaints. Is that true?

Never heard of that, besides the they will figure it out when they see the Amazon box. If they question it, just tell them you own the Amazon store too. You warehouse the items in the same place and get a better shipping rate through Amazon.
