These days Omeprazole 20mg Over the counter drugs is getting popular selling item.
But with in since few days I can't sell it due to prescription drug policy?
Why is that?

It's not prescription. It's the active ingredient in the OTC antacid Zantac. :noidea:
Maybe adjust the way you're listing. I see dozens of listings on eBay/Amazon for that item.
