PayPal asking for information
 

Hello,

I do dropshipping using ebay. I receive payments using PayPal and now PayPal is asking for information. They ask for some documents like id, address which is not a problem. They also ask for information (not recipts, just a type box) about the payments that I have received from eBay (from the buyers).
My question is, can PayPal know that I do dropshipping? Can I just tell them that I receive money and send the products using my retailer? Or what should I tell them about the payments?

Yes they know all.
Happed to me I sensed just ID rest I told them it’s personal no supplier...
I got banned permanently

I've sent them photo id, bank statement and I explained that the payments are from my eBay store. I also included tracking numbers so that they can check that it was delivered.

lets see what happens next...

That's all you can do really.

Based on my experience whenever they ask for info like this it's not really to help, rather to suspend you for good.

But fingers crossed and hope yours is lucky.

So Sad to hear that, Some Merchant ask you to fill appeal form! Its seem they want to collect persional infors, not to recovery our accs

I called them and then they sent me an email. They said something like they will review my account every 30 days and maybe my money will be available for withdraw sooner... (the account will be limited forever)

I also have to pay for eBay invoice for April. The limited PayPal account is set as automated payment method for the eBay invoice. Do you think that the money will be taken from the limited PayPal or do I have to find a new way?

You will have to look at paying in a different way like with gift card or credit card. Money won't come out of the limited Paypal

you are not doing dropshipping,you are doing retail arbitrage,which Ebay does not allow,and Paypal does not like.
Your fund should be released after 180 days if there is no dispute or chargeback,in the mean time,if you want to keep your Ebay account,you should find a way to pay Ebay fee.
But if Ebay finds out you are doing retail arbitrage,it will ban you as well.

Is dropshipping on ebay from AliExpress considered to be retail arbitrage?

submit your passport and then wait what happened chances are they will banned your account
