Purchasing on eBay
 

I've been running into this issue and can't get around it if someone can help I'D REALLY APPRECIATE IT!

- When trying to pay with eBay using cc I get an error saying "Please check your payment details or use a different payment option" tried many different cc's running into this issue they're working ccs

- I tried adding cc's to PP and checking out and PP gives error saying "This card can't be used with this transaction"

Did anyone ever run into this and have a solution?

Sounds like your account is flagged for one reason or another. Were you shady with it before this started happening?

what kind of credit cards?MA.VISA,AMEX,Discovery?
Are they linked to other Paypal accounts?
are they yours,do the zipcode and street number jive with the address with your ebay or Paypal account?

Are you purchasing large amounts? I used to run into this problem before, and the best I can remember, paying with my PP balance was the only way for the payment to go through. (which sucked, because I was racking up on cashback from my cards)

Although, USUALLY using a different CC would resolve the issue... so we might have been experiencing different issues.

It is Ebay,
I have experienced same problem,nothing wrong with my card,it just wont accept it,then I just use another card.
But in OP'S CASE,she has tried different cards and they dont work.
If the zipcode and street number are different from what she registered with Ebay or Paypal,this could be the reason
