How to know the full tracking infor from Fedex
 

anyone know how to get the full information (shipping address) from Fedex!
Im drop ship from Walmart, My customer open the disputed that They didnt received the item, The Fedex Tracking only have a City shipping address!

Fedex expects you the shipper to know the address so they are unlikely to confirm - maybe if you call in, you can get an agent to confirm by smooth talking...

I have used Fedex twice this week - UK to USA - and both times the booking email had both mine and the receivers address

If Fedex say they have delivered is that not enough?

Awesome service IMO - less than 72 hours collected to delivered (but pricey)

If it's a chargeback you have a good chance of winning it by providing that tracking number that shows delivery in the correct city in the correct time frame.

I though this may be that is not enough, because the my customer using Stripe to paid the goods and also the items is in high value! I have to face the many cases that I have provided full information but I still lose!

I think that will be fine in the Paypal but with the Stripe, Im not sure :(

Fortunately I've never had a stripe chargeback but chargebacks are handled the same regardless of payment processor so your evidence should still be enough.

It may be different now, but a couple years ago I had a mile-long email chain back and forth with stripe, listening to them explain how they basically are ZERO help with a chargeback. I don't know why their customers even have to put forth any information for the case. It's futile.

Hopefully they have changed, but I doubt it. That is one thing I have always like about Paypal. Never lost one with those guys.

eBay does very well. I had an $80 chargeback recently that a foreign buyer started right after buying from me. I sent their order with one of those "UMxxxxxxxxxUS" tracking numbers (First Class Int'l Flat) that don't track worth a crap and I still won the chargeback 3 months later. I didn't think I'd win. They even refund the $20 chargeback fee if you win - unlike Paypal.

I'm using stripe for one guy so hopefully I'll never have to deal with that. I tried using square recently... after the first transaction they wanted me to upload the equivalent of my life history in documents. Square sucks, lol. With as lenient as they are with Cash App I was hoping for a good experience, but they're terrible after all. :noidea:

Awesome. Although, I was never charged the 20 dollar fee. I feel like the terms were "if you lost the case", or something. But it HAS been years since I've had one on there. Probably changed in recent years.

Years ago, when most of my sales were on one account, I had $440 for the year in chargeback fees. According to Paypal:

I think it was when I was shipping without tracking so I guess it got so high because none of the orders were eligible for seller protection. :noidea:

Anyway things are better now

yours is intl ,his is domestic,altho he is in Vietnam,but WMT and his buyer are both in USA.

Im already asked Walmart and They told me contacted with Fedex, but Im dont know anyway to contact. I am Vietnamese so my English Speaking is not good, I can not call them!
