Help with amazon tracking
 

I'm not providing amazon tracking on ebay order cause i can get banned. Infact till now this account is full healthy.
Problem is that a customer asked me for tracking code and it become from amazon. I found that amazon tracking codes are no more able to be checked from external web sites.
I have a user from that bought from Vail and I don't know how to proceed.
The package has been already delivered but he is asking me tracking code.

I tried to use a usps tracking code but on the page it shows the city and it is not Vail.

Can you help me?

eBay has Amazon Tracking to select when choosing a carrier service. What I DONT KNOW is if this is a trick/trap to let Sellers fall into. Because Im pretty sure dropshipping from Amazon is against eBays Tos, but Im not 100% sure about this either.

I lost an eBay account dropshipping from Amazon to eBay because I didnt realize my Tracking #'s was not being uploaded via a 3rd party software I was using

Some Ebay sellers also sell on AMZN and have AMZN manage their inventory and process orders.
They are not engaging in retail arbitrage

How to deal with issues with tracking code?
When the courier is Amazon the tracking code does not work outside amazon and it so cannot be used on ebay.

Hello mate, there are some tools to solve that problem.
Example: If some buyer open you a dispute and you can't provide a valid tracking on ebay system... you are lost.

In my case, I use Trackerbot, it takes amazon tracking and coverts them to Bluecare Express (shipping company supported by ebay system). You can upload it manually or let the tool do it for you auto.
It will save you lots of money.

Why are you still using Amazon to dropship on eBay? You will get suspended both your buying account on Amazon and eBay selling account.

use track taco...its the next best option for tba numbers.
