Advice on ensuring product quality
 

Whilst remaining cost effective. Ive found unit prices are high as is. The cost of a quality inspector would hit the unit margins hard.

Anyone have any advice on how best to ensure products are up to standard.

My online two experiences with CHina have been spending alot of time personally checking each item and removing the below standard units. This is after hammering the points home to the supplier that I want each unit ready for the end consumer. Before ordering and payment but of course they lie and know I cannot do anything to regain my funds.
