There are websites which would do as you described,but you need to find out,fees could be high so your profit may not be that great,also when they run out of stock,you would suffer the consequence.
You are in Israel,do you have a US bank account ??

For Amazon there is BuyBotPro which you can include protection from suspension from Amazon, I have not used it but there is a 7 day trial.
