| | | incniu | 03-11-2010 11:02 PM | What is the best way to get PROFITABLE products to sell on Ebay...
Is there a link showing what are HOT items on Ebay now? |
| cardfelon | 03-11-2010 11:24 PM | Here is a link for what is called Ebay Pulse. You can do some research on there to find out what is selling. http://pulse.ebay.com/
There are also other 3rd party sites that can give you more information but those cost a monthly fee |

| teedon | 03-23-2010 07:29 AM | also including digital products,such as bluetooth,digital cameras,phones,tv,gps,memory cards and any other communction products. |
| philly387 | 03-23-2010 09:10 AM | Pretty much anything you see people using commonly will sell. Such as teedon has stated. Phones, TV's, DVDs, Computers...etc... |
| aking | 03-23-2010 01:50 PM | The electronics market on ebay is flooded with LOTS of competition, which doesn't mean you can't be successful. However, there are some untapped sectors out there that can be uncovered with a bit of research. ;) |
| teedon | 03-25-2010 11:15 PM | try some new products,baby care products |
| jbluntz | 03-28-2010 12:12 AM | Baby care is good or even better get youself an xbox and learn how to think outside the box, playing video games aside from health and fitness can be really good for the modern day retailer, they can keep your mind sharp and focused with a competative edge. Life is hard, workout hard, play hard and everything else becomes easy. |
| jamblix | 03-28-2010 04:48 PM | Best thing that worked for me is doing your own market research. The top 10 best selling things on eBay may not be the most profitable.
Cell phones, designer bags/sunglasses/accessories, cameras and those are all extremely hot-selling. However it's nearly impossible to find a legit wholesale supplier for these things and even if you do the competition is going to be so rough you won't make decent profit, if there is any at all.
Doing your own market research process is slow and time-consuming, but it's some of the best information you can ever possibly get when looking for merchandise. First find a wholesale company, find the product, how much it costs, compare and contrast from wholesale price to average final price of said item on eBay or wherever you're trying to sell. I look at popularity (how many listings of the item are up on eBay), profit margin, risk, size and supplier.
If your not willing to study and work for your business it won't succeed. |
| jbluntz | 03-28-2010 05:52 PM | That's a good point but not everyone has the right mind to process all the data properly. Since mind body are connected, the mind is only able to function as well as the body is able to function, the better shape your in the better shape your mind will be in and you will be able to get better results from your market research then when you were out of shape. That's one thing most entrepreneurs have in common, the majority of them are physicaly fit. |
Do you smoke Newports when you drink? That Atkins diet you are on can't be healthy is it? |
| jbluntz | 03-28-2010 11:24 PM | Its way healthy and I don't smoke and I'm not on Atkins I make my own diet. I eat mostly fish and shrimp, lots of white cream sauces, salads, avacodos, olives, garlic, eggs, berries and cream, cheese. I eat the low carb fruits and veggies and drink rum with lemon lime fresca and sugar free whipped cream and Im cooking up a beef steak right now which I don't eat as often. I's a great diet carbs are evil, even the ancient Chinese refered to rice as demons. Also just look at gymnasts, they are on low carb, high fat diets. |
Ohh well I thought you was on the Atkins diet which is 0 to low carbs and high fat diet. My bad. Funny about the chinese since they love rice. |
| jbluntz | 03-29-2010 01:14 AM | Well yeah I am on a 0 to low carb diet but its my own version. I like to call it the mediteranian or south american low carb diet which is already pretty low in carbs to begin with and quite similar. The low carb fruits and veggies(greens and berries) I eat in moderation ecspecially the berries which has sugar which is a dessert food not breakfast, bananas and pinnapples are high in sugar which are more like festival foods.
Yeah the chinese love rice because it has carbs which are addictive and hold on to your fat stores making it impossible to lose wait and make you look fatter than you really are due to the carb stores in your pores which hold excess water wait. Of course the chinese eat in smaller portions and are alot more active then alot of americans. Also modern chinese aren't the same as ancient chinese, I was refering to a paticular group of chinese I can't remember their name all I remember is they called rice demons and believed having long hours of stimulating sex brings you everlasting youth. I've tried both and it works and it works good and good and more good. |

Find a niche, make the product yourself and sell it. Any idiot can sell iphones for £1 profit. |
