Because the phaik sellers outnumber the bots. It takes a bit for them to get caught up.

as too much profit and too much popular,so the seller willing take the risk to selling it.

Yes,a lot of usa sellers have made a lot of money from selling the dvds,but now you have to be careful and more senstive if you want to selling it .As the siuation is a big difference than before now,much more competiors do it,and much more copyright owner attention it.
