Now i have a specific question..or i would just resort to searching for the similar threads..so, I was thinking about wholesale and how it really is hard for me to be able to supplement my income while in college. I thought liquidation.com was the key to my success , but A) dont want to use a tax i.d , and B) heard they were shill-bidding ****heads...so , I thought about a much simpler case:

Any ole iphone or itouch hard cover from dhgate.now i understand it isn't really wholesale prices ...really it's only like a max of 20 % off , for like 150 or 100 items, but don't you think it's a good idea to just go ahead and buy that "middleman price" set up iphone cases and sell em' all on ebay? I could sell for like 6 bucks , and make a decent little profit over time. Thank you for your help!

Sounds like you need to take a look at the completed listings on ebay, little to -0 profit is what you're looking at, it's what I sell but mainly for feedback and to blend in with my other higher profit items, you can make a profit but it's gonna take quite a bit of craftiness and time.

damn I never would have imagined that. It sucks because it look like everyone is selling for like 8-10 bucks...so i thought i could make a profit.

Yeah but if you do a search for ipod cover on ebay in the completed listings and you're a little good with math you'll find that you might be able to pay your phone bill, it's better than nothing lol.

haha..yea. trying to find a good honest steady profit...selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗ golf clubs made money but i dont want to ruin my life. lol so im done with doing that.

You can still make a good honest steady profit, I do it myself, and still sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ but my legitimate products outway the ⊗⊗⊗⊗, takes a little more work but it's worth it in the long run.

You CAN Make Money selling Cheap NON-Branded Worry free items Bought from DHGate and Sold on Ebay. The Trick is VOLUME... You MUST Buy a series of Items Like your Ipod cases as well as a Bunch of Other Items (The More The Better) that you will Pretty much be able to Prepare for Shipment Easily and QUICKLY, and Example is to Buy Items where ALL of them can be Shipped using the SAME Box/Envelope, and then List and Sell A LOT of them, another little trick is to Buy Items that may cost you $1.00 and Cost you, .50 to ship, listing them in Auction format Starting at say 0.01 with Shipping at lets say $3.00 even if you sell the item for $0.01, you still make about $1.00.

So your goal would be to Do lets say 100 sales a day at a Profit of $1.00 a Sale, MANY People are making this Kind of Money Selling "JUNK"

whew 100 sales a day would be outrageous for me...with a parttime job and school haha.. maybe 50:p

100 packages to mail out every day for a $1.00 profit each. Whew....

It's actually easier then it sounds with a good label printer and plenty of mailers you could do it in about an hour.

haha i do mine the old school way and print the label from paypal. I'm new to this

That's what I do to but I use paypal multi-order shipping which prints all your orders for the day at once and a good label printer can spit out 100 labels in less than 5 minutes and if you get all your stuff prepacked over the weekend all you have to do is pull it, slap the label on and relist.

Im Sorry, ,, But WAAAAAY TOOOOO Many People think that Ebay, Amazon, ect,ect, is Some Kind of Money Tree where You just go to "Pick" the Money that you Need and Live Happily,,, ALL Those who Think like that are NUTS!!!!

It is WORK, SERIOUS HARD WORK!!!!

No Matter which route you take BIG Volume with Legit NON-Branded Items or Hi Profit, Hi Risk Items. The Choice is the ONLY Thing that is Simple:

(A) Pack and Ship 100 Plus Items per Day Or,

(B) Worry about Ip Address, MAC, Linking, Bank accounts, Paypal Limitations, Suspensions, VERO, CUSTOMS,ect, ect,ect, or whatever combo of A and B

EITHER WAY In order to be Truly successful, it Boils Down to WORK PURE and SIMPLE

ANYTHING Else that might be Buzzing around in your Head is Just a FANTASY!!!--TRUST ME

I know people who work at Wal Mart all week and only bring home a 250-300 paycheck.

If selling 100 - 1.00 items is hard work and selling higher profit items at the same time is not enough profit to make in a day then you need to do something else.

If you can find a product that you can make an easy 100 per day and add in the higher profit items you can make some crazy money on ebay.

If not, Wal Mart will work you to death for 250 in a weeks time.

Once you are set up to list items easy, as someone stated above, small item, toss into a sealing mailer, self sticking label and easy money.

Pays the ebay bill and the rest is profit.
