Anyone ever use tradetang? *unbelieveable experience*
 

THIS IS ****ING UNBELIEVEABLE

I placed 2 seperate orders on tradetang at the same time for 4 items total. both were confirmed to ship on awhile ago (one saturday, the other one monday) and now when I wonder why my tracking isn't working, the one i ordered 1 item from said he couldn't get it and he tried to refund me. I have no refund and he never ****ing messaged me for nearly a week to tell me. and seller two when I messaged said he couldn't get the right version of one and he hadn't sent it yet, which he never ****ing messaged me about.

Has anyone else used this website? Thank god its escrow, but I was wondering how sellers with near 100% feedback can get away with shipping items they don't have.

How many positive feedbacks did they have?

I would stick with DHgate and Aliexpress. Although it is really not the site's fault, it is the sellers. So the same thing could happen anywhere.

Just like some people here in the US, there are people in China who only want to have their money at risk if they get an order. They probably did not realize their supplier was out of them and tried to find an alternative - which would explain why it took a week for them to get back to you.

I don't think that TradeTang is a dishonest business, so you will probably get your money back. Not exactly what you wanted, but at least it is something.

they had over 500+ feedback with 99% or higher seller ratings, blow my mind. The thing that bothers me, is they didn't get back to me until I first messaged them. These sellers are like top power sellers, almost zero negative feedbacks, as I didn't want to put myself at too much risk.

Thanks for your advice, I was starting to worry when I read how bad refunds were handled on the website, I need to reorder the item from another person pronto, already goign to have to burn my account because of this :/

Sounds like a really bad case of luck more than anything...if they have that positive feedback like you say...I DUNNO!

this has been happening to me a LOT on dhgate lately-I'm so irritated!

I've never had this problem either, prob just a bad transaction, i've noticed that most of the sellers on dhgate are the same sellers on tradetang.

aliexpress.com from what I am reading is the MASTER MIND behind fraudstersssssss ... I thionk I will stay with my suppliers on dhgate,tradetang and tryin out some new suppliers from england ... maybe i wont pay duty now .. lol

All these sites mentioned have good suppliers, and all have bad ones just gotta know how to distinguish between them. But I agree out of all of them dhgate probably has the easiest dispute process.
