Help with supplier please!

Sorry I didn't know where to put this.

I am trying to order from my supplier, however I cannot order more than 40usd at a time with PayPal using instant bank xfer.

My supplier doesn't understand english well.. I'm guessing.. How can I tell my supplier I can order 100 pcs but create listings with smaller:doh: increments and then she can ship in 1 package... or whatever cheapest??

Use google translate type what you want to tell him in english then translate using the translator to his language.

Google translate works wonders, but Babelfish by Yahoo is better surprisingly.
