China Government are becoming more strick on Intellectual property?
I had some supplier tell me today they couldn't ship certain items at the
moment,If they did they need to be careful, anyone else had this issue?
But maybe i can get something shipped out in a day or 2 maybe,
I have used these suppliers in the past no issues,
These suppliers are from Xiamen China,
They told me this news is from just 24 hrs ago or so its pretty new,
I heard from the supplier even some factory are shut down today because of all this talk,
This because All three were speaking at a government forum ahead of President Hu Jintao's visit to the United States this week,
Now China seems to want to act like they care about this issue,lol
Visit us in the USA and do all they can to show they care,
Reminds me of the World Expo in Shanghai this past summer,
They tried to get rid of all the illegal side walk sales and stores in the city,

I've heard the same thing from Xiamen today that the Chinese Government has just cracked down on VERO factories hard and that this may last half a year.
I wonder if anyone has more information on this subject?

China claims to be cracking down on ⊗⊗⊗⊗ every six months. They'll bust a couple factories then everything goes back the way it was.

My supplier who sales legal stuff out of xiamen,
Told me she is friends with some who sale vero items,
The people she knows are sitting at home this week with the factory workers,
Well the factory she speaks of is 1 hr out of xiamen but close enough,
She told me it was because China president is here visiting the USA
and having meeting with Obama,
One thing on the meeting agenda was Piracy and vero stuff,
As well as human rights in China and many other things,
Because the USA and UK are complaining over these things,
This is a huge deal consider no China president has been here in
many years i read, So the USA and China are trying to reach
some kind of agreement on many levels,
I think China is just trying to act like they care and then
when this meeting is done back to business,
I think the United States know China economy is better than ours,
So every one needs to work as one right now,
China holds most of our debt last i saw in the news,
So how can we be telling them what to do,lol

It has been going on since November from what i can tell,

Does everyone think they will stay true to this,
Maybe they are just trying to impress the rest of the world,

If you're selling legit stuff you should be alright, selling vero now seems like to much trouble, i'd rather sleep comfortably at night, goodbye vero!

I do not think so ,china just want to show this to another country,but it is impossible to get rid of all the illegal products down,it will broken china industry a lot .
There are many many ways to send the copy goods out from china,there are still a lot of copy products are making in china now.

And this will remain very long time.

This Issue has been "on the Burner" for years, and every so Often like now it comes around to the Front burner,,most Likley Because Chinas President is Visiting Here in the U.S.A,,it will go Away,,,it Always Does,,

China will give the U.S and the rest of the world PLENTY of "Lip Service" on this Issue,,,However it is WAY too big an INDUSTRY (yes INDUSTRY) in China to simply shut down without it having a MAJOR Economic Effect.

Truth is that U.S Corporations Kinda Cause this Problem by sending nearly ALL of Their Products to China to be Manufactured.,,,,,Hell,,,,,,We tell Them what we want Built,,,How to Build it,,,and then we get Pissed when the Factory Builds "a Few Extra Pieces" so they can sell the out "The Back Door",,,,or show "Another" Factory how to Build the Product,,,,

That is one of the reasons that the U.S. Adopted N.A.F.T.A (North American Free Trade Agreement) To Make it Easier (and Cheaper) to have products Made in Mexico,,I Guess it is still cheaper in China,,,

Maybe U.S. Coporations should Stop 'Gouging" Consumers By Charging so Much Money for their Products,,,You see if an Apple Ipod costs the Consumer $40.00 just like one of those China Replicas instead of $200.00,,,,,And do Not Kid your Selves Apple Could do it if they want,,They would have to give up things like "a Million Dollar Bonus to their Exectutives" and a Few of those Uber Extravagant "Launch Parties" among other Excesses,,,,,,,If U.S. Corporations did That instead of Gouging Consumers then things like Counterfeit Ipods Would NOT Exist,,,,,It Simply would NOT Be worth Copying them,,,
