I`m trying to figure it out I`m buying product form Asia I do not know if that size will Fit a USA Size Standard Measurement

A potential problem for you is going to be the sizing. And I realize you asked if it fitted the US standard measurement. Not likely that it could especially if the unnamed item is a tee-shirt. Lots of those manufacturers on dhgate have size variations that mean the buyer ends up with sizes not ideal for US markets.
Chinese manufacturers 'cut' garments on a much smaller scale than those in Bangladesh,India for example. If the website does not have measurements other than what you quoted, I suggest doing a google search for T-shirts and see what measurements they have listed.
Clothing Size 175/95 Large on a garment cut without extra room may be 170/90 in another manufacturer's work. That's what you have to work on :pop2:
