Why do you go Directly to the Horses Mouth:

Diesel USA Corporation
770 Lexington Ave # 9, New York - (212) 755-9200

Ask whoever Answers the Phone what you are looking to Do,,or for a List of Distributors in your area, Im sure that they can Direct you

rsot 03-11-2011 11:54 AM

Diesel is an ok brand I guess - it is still popular as ever?

123rob123 03-11-2011 04:19 PM

Will you PLEASE call Diesel Directly,,I Gave you their Address and Phone Number,,asking "Just Anyone" for a Them can ONLY Lead to Trouble,,,

What if by chance "Someone" provides you with a Contact,,and it turns out that the Jeans are Counterfeit,,,Do You Have ANY idea what Kind of Grief that can cause you?

That is Why you ask the Manufacture for the Information,,Then you compare one distributors Price against another.

Authorized Distributors Exist for People Like us,,People who Cannot Meet the Minimum Purchasing Requirements to deal Directly with manufactures purchase thru Distributors who DO Meet those Requirements

Love 'em!!!!

Is that the "Bean" Butt?

Burning 03-14-2011 09:53 PM

Funny part is the fact that diesel jeans cost $200 retail at stores, but they are made in third world countries. Last time I checked the label, most of them were made in Tunisia,,,a few years ago they used to be made in Italy. Not that is matters, but just shows how a brand can differ over time.

i can get them...big quantities only though mate.

KingRay 08-08-2011 10:38 PM

Youa re NOT going to find real ones anywhere but the manufacturer. If you think otherwise you are an idiot.

they are also not going to simply okay you to sell them on ebay or amazon either. YOu must show them credit ratings, business license and all other info that will make them want to trust you to sell for them.

Get them any other way and you are just feeding the fraudulent market.

There is NO other way so dont even bother telling us you have a "supplier"

Just call the company, get your "NO" and post on here so we can just close this conversation now because its like all other name brand things. You must be a authorized supplier that they trust with representing their brand.

123rob123 08-09-2011 02:21 AM

calm down you idiot

Ok mate thanks for your info but don t come on here with your stupid chip on your american ass. It was only a question and no ones an idiot but you with the attitude.

Okay ROB.... Just relax. SOmeone needed to tell you this as you obviously do not know what you are doing asking such a question on here.

What did you want me to do, show you where to get them and not give you details on why and how they are ⊗⊗⊗⊗ then let you sell them?? Just to get busted later doing it? or did you want the truth right up front.

I would think anyone would want the truth up front. The reason for a little attitude is because people seem to come on here wanting supplier info that is so ridiculous to begin with. It just gets a little old...... With my american ass. lol

Like I said, relax.........

Alps_a somewhatlegend 08-09-2011 12:18 PM

Now now ladies... you are both welcome to mine as I have a stack of jeans for you to try on and keep too  I live in a strange house, it only has one room with no windows. When I purchased my house last year, there were chains on the wall - dont know what they are there for... still comming?

What will you do when Ebay limits/restricts you wanting invoices from you where you purchased the items? They want to see legit suppliers!

SweetPea 08-09-2011 06:47 PM

I have a lot of information, but nothing about Chinese suppliers! I am out of the loop on this one! I'll just sit back and read!:pop2:
I just know from reading that Ebay is asking for invoices from legit wholesalers =)

SweetPea 08-09-2011 06:53 PM

Ok...I had to go back and reread the posts!

bigboy 08-09-2011 08:12 PM

i wonder if it would be ok to sell if the brand names were ripped off, all be it at a lesser value.

Why are you so stuck on jeans to sell. There are so many better things to make a killing on.

SweetPea 08-09-2011 08:33 PM

Why would you want to settle for something at a lesser value? Sometimes you have to search and see what is available to you. Good luck!

£1 from a million people = £1 million pounds!

SweetPea 08-09-2011 09:01 PM

Your message is about jeans and you mention you are willing to sell at a lesser value.:pop2:

no you misunderstood me, i meant if brand names were ripped off of all vero products, i wondered if it would still be classed as counterfiet.

SweetPea 08-09-2011 09:04 PM

Well an Ebay rep did tell me~when they linked my accounts~that both accounts were selling similar items. I think sellers should sell different items, especially if they have multiple accounts =)

SweetPea 08-09-2011 09:07 PM

I would think so. If you can't prove what it is with picture, receipt, and/or invoice, Ebay won't want it on their site. It will only be classified as counterfeit if you state diesel jeans and they are no name jeans. Did that answer your question?

slapped 08-10-2011 12:58 AM

I Cannot believe this Thread,,,,,,

First Off Early in the Thread I Gave EVERYONE Who can Read the Contact Information for the ONLY Company that can Connect you with the REAL McCOY----------DIESEL-------------

Next why in the Hell would you want to sell the Jeans with the Name Ripped OFF,,,You will Get NOTHING For them,,,Buyers Not only want the Design,,,they also Want the Name,,,as a Matter of Fact the Logo or Name is MORE sought after that the Style in MOST Cases,,,,

Do you guys have ANY IDEA how many jeans are sold that SAY "Diesel" that were NEVER Designed by Diesel in ANY way Shape or Form?

Any Product can be Trade marked in a Vast Majority of ways depending on what it is and what criterion it must meet in order to be Trademarked.,,,Logos and Brand Names are only the Most Common ways to Trademark. Styles, Features, Materials, Specs, Colors, Designs,,,,these are more Examples of the Way things can be trademarked,,,

So in Essence if your Diesel Jeans employ a Unique Stiching for example,,,,that stiching can be trademarked so the Jeans DO NOT Need the Diesel Name on them in order to Violate the Trademark,,,They would STILL Be considered Counterfeit,,,,,

This is BASIC Information,,,,,You HAVE to KNOW ALL Of this and MUCH more in order to figure out what you can sell and Make Money with without getting Booted by Ebay every month,,,,,,I have Written EXTENSIVE Posts about how to select Products and Find Suppliers Successfully and Make some REAL Money without any Problems,,,But instead of Searching the Forums and Learning something of Value you would Rather create a handful of Mindless Posts where you want someone to "Hand" you a Supplier when in TRUTH what you are Doing is BEGGING to get Ripped Off,,,,

NTP 08-10-2011 02:12 AM

Take a breath Slapped, though I understand your frustration.

You were probably looking at "new posts" and saw this thread at the top and said "What the h*ll? Didn't I already answer this months ago?" LMAO!

I swear, you always have great info, even when you go off on a rant!

You may be able 'to get them'.

But any buyer needs to approach a deal with caution.

Policy of BUYER BEWARE applies for any and all transactions.

All parties must consider this. You are adults and need to be responsible for your business actions. :pop2:

Diesel Jeans? No problem.

There's a bloke in the market up the road knocking them out for a tenner a pop. He guarantees me they are 100% genuine, no ⊗⊗⊗⊗!!

Wait, do you want deisel, or diesel? He has them both...direct from Italy, high quality. Why would he lie to me? He has an honest face.

How many do you want?

Oh, I only accept western union :)

I'll take 50 pairs and i'll pay once my buyers pay me :D

Sorry, but did the original poster come back with his decision?
I'm dying to know if he called Diesel direct????

Wow, thanks for this info. I'm usually pretty good at sniffing out in stuff like this, but for some reason, I could never find info for Diesel.

I'm just getting into selling on eBay, and I have a distributor for Diesel Jeans, but it's all pretty much close out/clearance stock. Nothing from the current lineup on Diesel.com. I'm guessing they probably don't want to sell to smaller guys like me, to protect their exclusivity of their sales online, at diesel stores, and their retail partners like Nordstroms. But it can't hurt to call and see what they say. Thanks.
