I have started a refund claim on dhgate, what can I expect?
 

after the seller would not understand that fed ex was not gonna deliver my package to me and kept asking me to call after I told him I did plenty of times already, I initiated a refund request.

The Item has not arrive what can I expect from this? I want a full refund and was willing to go to arbitration but now I'm not sure if dhgate will be fair.

Did you pay with paypal- if so I would just bypass dhgate dispute and lodge a dispute with paypal.

or if you paid with a credit card- contact the provider and do a chargeback

i did use paypal. How long would it take for paypal to refund me?

mmm- i can't remember. I had to lodge a dispute in january-I think it was 10-14 days. I cannot remember it being a particularly long period of time though.

Hope you don't order from DHG and sell on eB ay using the same Pa yP al account...

who is the seller so we can have a heads up?

i had a package no delivered. they wanted me to pay 50% of the value to reship it after they did not offer me insurance. I fought w them for days it pissed me off. If it's seized tell them.

otherwise place a disputew paypal and find a new supplier.

why did u use fedex and not Dhl or Ems?

They said only fed ex would work for that.

Now the guy is saying he paid 180 in postage and doesnt want to give me a full refund. But Fex Ex told me they were gonna return the package.

He keeps telling me to call them and work it out but we know that's impossible.
