Paypal will accept your dispute no matter it is from hong kong or anywhere as long as this deal is made via paypal.

Correct paypal will never just close a dispute you must tell them what happend or change it up a bit. You should never order $6k of stuff in 1order btw...i mean cmon i bet thats like 5 big boxes of stuff...i bet they needed like 2 trucks to deliver that! hahahaa

I agree.

No way would I ever order 6k in items from overseas in one order.

I have not purchased anything overseas yet but still not a good idea to put this much money in one order.

Read Jbluntz post, he has his own personal carrier assigned to him for delivery of multiple packages from overseas.
