How to find businesses, suppliers, agents in Tapei?

Research has indicated that there is a supplier of a particular product I am interested in located in Tapei City, Taiwan.

If I wanted to source this supplier - what would be the best way to begin finding them.

Do such countries have business directory's (like Yellow Pages (!))

Is it possible to find agents who act as a link between the UK and Taiwan?

Appreciate any input..:D

why not just take a trip out to taipei if the business is worth it..you might find even better suppliers whilst you're there..
