Dh Gate...as of late
 

I just received an email from my main trusted supplier on DH Gate who said that one of their main factories was either raided or shut down. I couldn't really understand his English. However, this makes me nervous and will probably do the same for the many others who get their goods from DH. Has anyone else heard of this happening? Supposedly, it just went down yesterday. What are our other options?

I haven't heard of anything but it does happen. I think about once a year they spend a week shutting down factories and seizing packages before they even leave HK. The Chinese government does it to show they are "cracking" down on the counterfeit trade.

yeh this happends evey once in a while, will only affect a couple of places briefly...but as of now things are definatley alive and kicking

There is nothing the Chinese cant make or get past.

your right loophole , mu supplier informed me that they are back up and running which is what we really need to get more stock in before Xmas . the region 2 editions are the best from dhgate now ...

wilburnet you sell DVD's from DHgate?! Surely quality is disgusting?

Really..? That surprises me having knowledge on some of the product quality coming out of China.

China does this to show that it does something since it gets pushed by other countries, but they know they can't stop it all.
