Hi guys,

Anyone else noticed that there are massive delays going on at Royal Mail ?

I sent items 1st Class Recorded on the 31st and people still havent received them..however items I posted not recorded and standard mail on the 3rd are already there.

This isnt just a few items, they are going all over the country.

Anyone else got any feedback on this?

how do you know they have not got them? royal mail does not update like other couriers. there website will say it is still in there system. but really it has been delivered. it can take a week to update. and other times it will never even tell you it has been delivered. the status will allways say its being processed, thats my experiance with royal mail anyway.

have your customers told you they have not got them? or are you basing it on feedeback not being left? or just royal mail site?

i've had the same problem and customers are making claims on non receipt.. thing is with royal mail they don't always take a signature and its leaving me out of pocket too
